List of Eligible Disabilities

The Canada Revenue Agency does not issue a list of disabilities that qualify for the Child Disability Benefit. However, the fact is that hundreds of disabilities may lead to eligibility for the program.

The following Disability List is intended to provide a scope of disabilities that are applicable to this program.

As experts, we know that both visible and invisible disabilities can have serious effects on a person's quality of life and ability to function on a daily basis. We are here to advocate for all impairments, whether physical or mental, so that our clients can attain the refunds and benefits that they are entitled to.

If your child's particular disability is not listed, do not be concerned. Simply complete the Free Consultation Form or call our toll-free number (1-855-789-3220) and one of our trained consultants will be pleased to discuss your child's particular situation.
